Prices and Contracts

Full day 0-2yrs £60 per day, 2yrs £55 per day, 3/4yr olds £50 per day 8am-6pm including snacks, hot lunch and light tea.

Part day 0-2yrs £38 per day, 2yr old £35, 3/4yr old £32 per day 9-3. Includes snacks and hot lunch. Additional hours available within our open hours upon request.

Additional hours 7-8am (including breakfast) and 6-7pm (including snack) when available will be £8/hr.

Wrap Around Service (Before and After School) = £5 per Hour before school (minimum of 1hr) or £13 after school (up until 6pm). Breakfast and light tea included.

School Holiday , £35 per day 9am-5pm. £4 for extra hours. This is for children in full time education. Optional home cooked lunch is included as well as a light tea at 4pm.

Fees must be paid in advance and 6 weeks notice must be given and paid for even if you decide not to use our setting. Kids club children must also see out the term which was already invoiced. We accept all government funded hours and happy to split with another setting. If your payments are made by funding as this is no longer available you are liable for the outstanding fees.

As a registered nursery, you may be eligible to claim some of your childcare costs from Tax Credits. To find out more about this, please call Tax Credits on 0845 300 9 300. Payments and Sessions

An invoice will be issued at the end of each month detailing sessions booked for the following. Any outstanding fees or monies in credit will also be included in the invoice.

Any outstanding fees must be paid by the date shown on the invoice. If fees remain unpaid care may be refused until outstanding fees are paid or an agreement has been made. There is a charge of £5 per day per child for late payments.

Sessions and times as agreed in your contract must be upheld. If there is a change in circumstance and you wish to change the times, four weeks’ notice must be given and the contract adjusted in writing. There must be a written agreement of the revised payment requirements.

If a change is required within the four weeks this may be negotiable however, the contract and terms of payment must still be recorded in writing and signed by myself and you.

All fees are inclusive of snacks, 1/3rd pint of cows milk, cooked lunch, light tea and unlimited access to water. Breakfast included for children booked from 7am. Early Years Contracts do not include personal items such as nappies, wipes, baby food (jars) or additional milk, these also will need to be provided by yourself. Fees do include some trips and outings when applicable.

A late collection fee will be applied if over 5 minutes late. This will be £1 per minute. If you do continually arrive 5 minutes late then the fee will start to apply from the contacted finishing time.

Holidays and Sickness

We are open all year apart from Bank Holidays.

If you go on holiday, we do not require prior notice but you will be required to pay for the time you are away.

If your child/ren is absent due to your sickness or theirs you will still be required to pay, however, if there are difficulties with this please speak to a manager.

We are not open on bank holidays and do not charge for these days.
